I'm really happy with how I am doing...Good training (just doing a bunch of random, fun stuff) and eating well. I need to slowly reduce the beer intake, though...

This is my 3rd day of no bread, rice, cereal carbs. I had some tortilla chips on Sunday and a few whole grain waffles last week (last week was very light on the no-no items). I feel good. No change in my weight, but I feel better and I think I will eventually drop a few pounds. I've been reading Mark's book and I am starting to slowly incorporate his whole philosophy. I need to lighten up on the dairy and eat more protein. I'm still taking in a lot of carbs from fruit and veggies, but at least it's not from the bad stuff.
