Plateau

I was hoping that the weight loss would continue but it stopped this week. I did not eat anything different nor did I cheat. I am going to cut out diet pepsi and make sure I do some kind of exercise everyday. It is definitely frustrating.....

  1. Stay on the plan--don't give up! The human body and "plateaus" are interesting. I can remember when I was 12 and couldn't swim any faster in the 50 freestyle for months! And then one meet, I dropped a second and never swam slower.

    I think hitting a plateau is your body asking,"is this for real? Because if it isn't, I'm not losing any more weight."
