Sticking with it

Hey everyone,

You may find it is easier to stick with the no flour, pasta, rice, bread etc. if you gradually decrease your intake. I've been eating a whole grain Kashi waffle in the morning (since I just bought them a week ago and don't want to throw them away), but I'm not eating any other bread product carb. I think next week when I stop eating my waffles it will be an easier transition rather than going cold turkey.

Just a suggestion.

    So far I have had no problem with bread--there is none here!
    I am adding some cheese to my salad which I know is a no no but it can't be that bad if cream is okay.

  2. I've been having some cheese in my salad too - I think in moderation it's okay. Last night I had salad with carrots, cucumber, cherry tomato, 1/2 avocado, chicken, blue cheese, almonds, and some vinegrette. It was delicious! I think I can start decreasing the cheese and keep the avocado as it's replacement.
