Stayed on the meal plan. I did not cheat once!
Got on IFit(thanks Kate) and am on target for weight loss according to Sisson.
-3# this week! Yeah! I am guessing a loss of 5# for two weeks.
Made it to several workouts this week. I am going to Power class on Saturday.
My mind is in the right place.

ReplyDeleteMy diet is back in order and my training is good! Pool, easy runs, ergometer, weights, etc...I'm having fun with it!
ReplyDeleteAwesome Mom! You have inspired me. I fell off the bandwagon in Vancouver this weekend, but am back on today. Did a good grocery shopping last night and got all stocked up on Primal stuff. Next time I go out of town I need to write down an eating plan before I go. Plan out the treats so every meal doesn't become a cheat meal.
